YOVOLO Aerial Dance

A day to deepen the study of aerial movement in a hammock, integrating the basics of flying yoga with aerial dance techniques. 

Aerial dance in a hammock combines the basics of flying yoga with the movements of aerial acrobatics and is more fluid and dynamic and scenographic than the first and yet, working in a closed fabric, simpler than the second.

During the first part of the workshop we will lay the foundations for performing harmonic movements, fluid transitions and graceful figures, while in the second part we will play with drops, flips and keys.

An entirely practical course, it is aimed at Yovolo graduates, those who already have good confidence with the hammock or with aerial tools.

DIPLOMA

YOVOLO Aerial Dance is open to everyone and you no previous experience is required nor have a diploma as a Yoga teacher. At the end of the course we issue a Certificate of Attendance.

LOCATION

The retreats takes place at Cascina Bellaria (Italy).
Cascina Bellaria is a place where the green lawn blends in the vastness of the sky. The farmhouse is located on an open plan from where both dawn and sunset light can be enjoyed at their best. The food offered is simple and natural as well as delicious and prepared with love.
It’s a place open to creativity where live music, dj sets and shows are regular features.
A place where to relax by the pool or pamper yourself with a massage from our SPA.

TIMETABLE

The workshop takes place in two different sessions:

  • Morning session: from 11.00 to 13.00

  • Afternoon session: from 14.00 to 16.00
