Sara Stefani, Hari-om Yoga Teacher
I attended my first yoga class in 2015 at the age of 32 and it was love at first sight: I immediately sensed that I had encountered something that would accompany me for life. In the following three years, therefore, I dedicated myself intensely to the practice, experimenting with different styles as a learner: iyengar, vinyasa, ashtanga, power, yin and from each of them I received benefits and I grasped qualities;until in 2018, when I naturally enrolled on a teacher training with the Hari-Om yoga school, which allowed me to deepen my research without requiring an exclusive adherence to a single approach.
In 2019 I encountered aerial yoga which I find challenging, playful and liberating. The hammock offers me space for experimenting and continuous changes of perspective.
Growing up in a family with a progressive mentality, a degree in philosophy, with a free and enthusiastic nature, naturally inclined to logical and rational thinking, through the yoga practice I found a profound recovery of spirituality and the legitimization of a subtle energy world, too often belittled, which I felt I belonged to since I was a child.
I love the sea, animals, plants, conviviality and good food.
Today I live off what I love to do: I teach vinyasa, aerial yoga, animal motion and inspired rocket yoga in Rome.
I study climbing, verticalism, aerial acrobatics and acrobatic rock'n'roll.
Teaching supports my natural concern for others and gives me the opportunity to deepen the connection and exchange with others which I consider to be the richest source of personal growth.
