The reality is that when you have the sensitivity and the proper attention you can become what you want.

The summer season is ending and I would like to use this space to thank all those who contributed in making our 2018 season the best ever, in terms of quality and quantity. Our Bellaria style doesn’t follow the stereotype: "I won’t do anything that is not my job role" rather, it is a "bubble" in which those who enter are available to do what needs to be done.

This year we have had blacksmiths and schoolteachers turning into excellent pizza makers, helping in the kitchen and cooking. Management, administrative, web designers and even yoga teachers who have discovered excellent baristas skills and even carpenters who successfully experienced working in the bamboo fields. I could go on, but the idea is simply that it is possible to live in a place where categories do not exist but where the boundaries and the fences crumble through the action. The reality is that when you have the sensitivity and the proper attention you can become what you want, change endlessly keeping a line of coherence based not on the "what" but on the "how".
