Science, Religion and Truth

What is astonishing in the human being is the "acceptance" of these fairy-tales as real, basing their lives on them, making them (their lives) so miserable and expecting others to also accept them, thus infecting other people's lives with their own ignorance.

There is a whole host of ignorant people who believe that science is above the parts and therefore truthful.

Many amateur pseudo-scientists belong to these legions of mental obscurity, who have never done any real scientific research. The other disciples are a wide spectrum of humans dominated by fear, people who need to lean on some false certainties.

Any "real" scientist knows that science does not state truth, only theories based on hypotheses of reality. In this sense, science is in all respects a religion, as religions also state theories / beliefs based on hypotheses. The difference, and not a small one, is that the conscientious scientists seek the truth, knowing that this truth can never be totally proven but do their best to get there.

In this sense, the scientist is a heroic loser and because of this, he has my full esteem. This small group of scientists, heroes, do not try to prove their own fairy-tale, they are not being paid by someone who wants to tell it for their own interest. The religious instead uses his own charisma and the ignorance of others expecting that his theories are taken as the truth, based solely on the belief and sometimes on the charm of the theory / fairy-tale.

What is astonishing in the human being is the "acceptance" of these fairy-tales as real, basing their lives on them, making them (their lives) so miserable and expecting others to also accept them, thus infecting other people's lives with their own ignorance.

They are so ignorant and determined that they are able to turn anything into religious shit, in a desperate attempt to make sense of their existence. Couldn’t it be that the sense of everything is to enjoy those perfect moments that you just need to grasp day by day to feel part of the whole mechanism? Of course, I simply enunciated another theory and not a truth, but at least it is a theory focused on enjoyment that leaves little room for being a pain in the arse to others.
