Since she was a child, she has dedicated herself to physical activity by practicing competitive artistic gymnastics and then continuing with modern and contemporary, at the same time cultivating her passion for music at the conservatory in Bologna.

After her engineering studies, she moved to Rome and began her career, dedicating herself for over 15 years to the management of European and International projects. It was during the countless business trips that she discovers and begins to approach the holistic disciplines, first with the interest and curiosity of a student, then with the firm will to train as a teacher.

The passion for Yoga matures thanks to the meeting with the teachers of the Hari-Om school (Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500), who through intense practice transmit the knowledge, meaning and depth of yoga to her. Thus begins a work of growth and improvement that leads her to develop greater self-awareness and to radically change her outlook on life.

During the same period she trained in Aerial Yoga and Antigravity yoga (Bakti Shala, Hari-Om and Antigravity Inc), disciplines that interact closely with her past as a gymnast and dancer, and integrates traditional yoga with a capable "anti-gravity" suspension to overturn their vision of the world and offer new horizons and perspectives.

The training course then merged with insights into Yin Yoga (Satyuga, Yintelligence), Kids Yoga (Balyayoga - Yoga Alliance RCYT), Myofascial Training, Pilates, Reformer, Prenatal and Postural Yoga (Rebirth), Gong, Shamanic Drums and Tibetan Bells (Gong Master - Gonplanet), Reiki (Level I - The city of Light), Shiatsu and Qi Gong (Efoa International three-year course), Ayurveda (Atharva Veda one-year course), all approaches that are constantly integrated into his teaching style.

She is part of the teaching staff of the Hari-Om yoga school present on the national territory in various locations and of the gong GongUniverse school present in Rome and affiliated with GongPlanet.

With passion and determination she opened her Ekam Art Yoga Lab center in the heart of Rome, a multidisciplinary space where yoga, wellness and movement meet.
