PURPOSE

The concept is to lay the foundations for a new beginning and above all, to give the physical and metaphysical tools so that the participant can continue and progress at home. During the talks we will talk about books and "rebellious" philosophical views, to begin a reflection based on a different concept of oneself and society.

The contents of the training are entirely based on personal experience.

Everyone can participate, with any experience or no-experience whatsoever of basic psychophysics, as long as they are strong willed and wish to overcome what they believe to be their limits.

We'll be doing two specific workouts for each of the topics below, so that the participants can return home with 12 examples of workouts and use them according to their needs.

The ideal, which is the soul of the Camp, is to use them all by doing 6 workouts a week and a day of rest.

1. Lower body strengthening. Workouts to strengthen and give mobility to the legs trying to cover all possible movements (pushing, jumping, flexing etc.)

2. Upper body strengthening. Workouts for arms, shoulders and torso covering the ranges of possible movements (pushing, traction etc.)

3. Mobility and lengthening. Training to maintain mobility and flexibility also including backbends

4. Combat. Fighting practice both on the ground and with punch/kicks (kickboxing)

5. Fluidity, listening, balance and harmony. Train the body's listening abilities and nourish its fluid intelligence.

6. Cardio. All possible types of cardio training ranging from running on the medium distance to speed and power movements.

DIPLOMA

Cross Training Camp is open to all and is internationally recognized Yoga Alliance when integrated in our YA 300-hour.

At the end of the course we issue a Certificate of Attendance and suitability for teaching “Hari-Om method - Cross Training”.

For those enrolled in the Hari Yoga Teacher Training, the Cross Training Camp allows to accrue 80 training credits for the YA 300-hour diploma.


Timetable

The retreat starts at 15.00 on the first day and it ends at 14.30 on the last day.
The course is structured as a retreat so staying at the course location is mandatory for the duration of the same.

LOCATION

The Camp takes place at Cascina Bellaria (Italy).
Cascina Bellaria is a place where the green lawn blends in the vastness of the sky. The farmhouse is located on an open plan from where both dawn and sunset light can be enjoyed at their best. The food offered is simple and natural as well as delicious and prepared with love.
It’s a place open to creativity where live music, dj sets and shows are regular features.
A place where to relax by the pool or pamper yourself with a massage from our SPA.
