Charline Sita Vedjeet,
Hari-om Yoga Teacher

Charline was born in France but is Italian by blood: her family comes from Romagna and arrived during the war in a mountain town in Savoy, on the border with Italy.

As a child she lived in close contact with Nature and was introduced to Yoga and Meditation.

Then, as an adult, she discovered Ayurveda, an ancestral Indian medicine, experiencing the benefits of a therapy in her daily life and health.

She graduated with Hari Om in 2022 and soon after started teaching Yoga and studying Ayurveda in Atreya Smith's school in Switzerland, to become Vaidya, i.e. Ayurvedic doctor.

Currently she lives between France, Italy and India to spread these wonderful tools of Awareness.

And since life is sharing and joy, she is also here at Hari-Om!
