You don't owe THEM any explanation

To those you perceive as DIFFERENT from you, to those who are not part of your circle of friends and by friends I mean people who are willing to come to your house to bring you a hot soup if you need it (nothing to do with "virtual" friends) you NEVER owe any explanation.

There is no point in starting debates, explaining yourself, apologizing, getting angry with complete strangers. Your time would not be appreciated. You need to be aware of your energy and time limitations and it's crucial to dedicate these precious treasures to the people you love and who want you.

I find it a key of spiritual maturity to know that you don't like someone, that you don't perceive them as a friend, and won't do absolutely nothing to please them. Not a handshake or even a gesture of anger or contempt. When it is the case, learn to say "NO", smile without adding anything else.
