What does it mean to create well-being? It means so many things, all of them equally relevant.

First of all, it means to create a situation of well-being for yourself. Trying to build a fulfilling life that is jam-packed with so many joyful moments. Surround yourself with people you like, do everything you can to live in a place or in different places that give you the chance to experience wellness. needless to say, it is crucial to take care of yourself from a physical and intellectual point of view. It is crucial not to settle for crumbs and seeks, which doesn't mean luxury, but to seek a financial well-being that allows you to cultivate personal pleasures. Feeling good at 360°, it's not a fault, it's the only real meaning of your presence in this world. I would like to clarify that the moment you create well-being for yourself, obliquely you are creating it for others as well. Those who feel well are indirectly creators of involuntary well-being.

Cancer, which today we all must do our best to eradicate, is that of envy and the downward trend in style: "a trouble shared is a trouble halved". In these times, I support any attempt at a joyful life: trips abroad, home parties, clubs or legal entities that find a way around the absurd restrictions, are salvation and not the problem. It is essential that we continue to feed life and not give in to terror or ignorance.

The most serious disease today are the suspicious looks of some people seeing others smiling and being serene. Fear, with all its consequences, is the real problem rather than things like "nightlife", sport, dancing or other vital expressions. Don't bow down, don't wait for a tomorrow that may never come. Create small communities of resistance around you with which to weave real relationships made of smiles, hugs and moments of sharing.
