I'm doing a lot of talking these days: for work, because I feel I need to explain and I need to understand.

I am doing a lot of thinking these days: out of fear, of boredom, out of the confusion that surrounds me.

Hence

For the law of balance that supports my existence

I'll stop

I'll take a break

And I'll remind myself, whenever I forget that it's a game , that I need to go back and read the rules again.

I look around, I look at shapes and listen to the sound of what's there

I turn the back at my own thoughts and come to the beauty of what surrounds me.
