KAI-ZEN
Improving oneself
Kai-Zen means "to improve oneself." The retreat doesn't have the purpose to learn something, but its aim is to push oneself to the psycho-physical limit through practice and to exercise the ascetic detachment of self-observation in order to know oneself and therefore improve oneself.
